Transitions, in both asana practice and life in general, are complex and challenging times. We must navigate them with care and skill to maintain our presence of mind as we move from one place to another.
In this workshop we will work on some of the most common transitions between postures, finding ways of performing them effectively, and learning modifications and variations for different stages of the practice.
Some of the transitions we will work on are: Moving through Catvari (Chaturanga) to Upward Facing and Downward Facing dog, Jumping Through and Back between seated postures, Bakasana, Bhujapidasana, Tittibhasana, and jumping back from Padmasana (Lotus).
