This intensive is appropriate for those who would like to deepen their connection to the Ashtanga yoga practice and also for those who have begun to share this method. Teaching this method requires years of steady practice and inquiry, so rather than a teacher training, we are offering a deep dive into Ashtanga’s foundations so that your practice can blossom beyond the physical layer and leave you feeling fueled in your journey. If you have ever found yourself practicing and wondered, “what is the meaning of all this?”- perhaps this is the perfect course for you! We will cover the methodology behind the series and explore how to work within the postures so that your practice is efficient and rich. This intensive will help you practice more effectively and from a place of integrity.
Alexia, Bridgett and Megan are excited to share the knowledge and experience that they have accumulated throughout their years of practice and teaching.
